Refund Policy

All of our books are personalized. As such, we do not offer refunds.  Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order. (If you receive a damaged product, please email me with pictures and found issues and I will work with you to fix the problem!)

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
